Activities in the old age

Leo Asa, was sitting beside me in one table when I attended a seminar in Denpasar. He was born in Semarang on August 13, 1931 (76 yo), married a Toraja woman. He was retired from Pertamina in 1986 and lived in Nusa Dua, Bali. After his retirement, he had worked for Nurtanio in Bandung and in 2000 he started to farming capsicum (paprika). After the Bali Bombing in 2002, his capsicum marketing was affected and he could not continue his capsicum farming. Until now, he still invited by institutions as keynote speaker. His health is good and haven't the old age diseases (symptoms) and he tries to keep active and his brain works

Leo Asa is to be applauded for staying active, energetic and engaged at age 76. As a blogger based in Southern California, it is good to hear about active retirees in other parts of the world. Perhaps we should form AROPW, "Active Retirees in Other Parts of the World." Mr. Asa will be a charter member. Sign me up.
