Careful Life


Iswahyudi 67, from Malang, East Java and lived in Denpasar Bali and works as Quick Silver Cruise General Manager. Has two children, one son (32 y.o) who worked at IBM Malaysia and a daughter (30 y.o) who worked to New Time Magazine in New York USA. Both of them were not married yet and he and his wife expect them to be married soon. As parents, he and his wife always looking forward for any news from their children. Once occurred with his daughter had had not sent news to her parents in Bali for three months. They were panicked and tried to call her whether by phone, sms or email and none replied. Later the daughter tell them that she was busy to relocate her office.

Iswahyudi's health generally is good, just his high tension blood that according to his doctor should be monitored with medication. His focus to have the life just like it. Have to give more attention to things and always on guard because a calamity may occur when we are ignorant and idle.

Long Life Takes Much Budget

Tolong Manik (79) lived in Medan. He had retired from civil servant. He has 6 married children with 19 grandchildren. His health condition worsened after he fell in the bathroom couple months ago. when he fell, he could not stand up and his left chest hit the floor. Mind his old age, he transfered and admitted to the Heart Hospital Harapan Kita in Jakarta

for 14 days observation. His heart inflammed and atherosclerosis was found but he refused to have coronary angioplasty. he also has long standing illnesses like diabetes, high cholesterol, gout, prostate and his right eye could not see. After his health improved, the hospital released him.

After his fall, he started to think that may be this was his last opportunity to visit his children and grandchildren that live in Bali. because of that, he directly flew over to Bali first and then returned back to Medan. Before his fall, he keep his health with routinely exercises, played tennis and dieting his meals.

For his operational daily life, beside his pension he also owned a palm plantation about 10 hectares that could produce about 15 tonnes of palm fruit each month

Accepted What Is Occur

N.K.Senabu (60) from Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur, was a Telkom retired officer. After his retirement he stayed in Denpasar Bali, has 5 unmarried children; one son and four daughters and the younger daughter only 9 years old. After his pension, his health was deteriorated, high blood pressure, weak, and bluish face. He keep consultation with his doctor but no avail. And his doctor said that there's a nerve cord that pressed and it may be resulted of stroke. The last two years he had herbal medication and his health get better.
His blood pressure still 140. His daily routine was picking up his younger daughter to and from school. He likes reading, especially spiritually reading. He accepted his fates and tried to had his life in peace.
