Peace Of Mind

Daud Wadudadi (65) from Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara was a retirement of Telkom Company. Due his retirement, he stayed in Denpasar, Bali. He has seven children, five boys - two girls and just one grandchildren His current health is relatively good and does not have any degenerative illnesses. The Telkom Company still rewarding its retirement officers the medical insurance. To keep his health shapely and his peace of mind he managed to get close to God and devoted his time to read Holy Bible and attending mass.

Life As A Houswife

Yvonne.Y Sahelangi (70) from Minahasa, North Sulawesi with husband (81). Her husband was Garuda Indonesia Airline Retiree, and due his retirement they chose to live in Denpasar, Bali. They have 3 children and a teenager (high school) grandchild who live with them.
Mrs. Sahelangi had long suffered of asthma, high pressure blood and rheumaticism. To keep her health in shape she consulted with her doctor and dieting her meals and consume supplement food.

Mixed Marriage

Omer Coskuner, 57 is a Turkey who lived in Denpasar for 20 years. He met his wife when he was studying in German. In their ealier marriage life, they lived in Antalya, Turkey then they moved to Surabaya (East Java) and then moved to Denpasar and open a garment business. He has two children. One of his children is involved into the family business and the other is lived in London, England.
Currently both him and his children are Indonesian citizens.
The process to gain their citizenship is need a very long
time and difficult. His health is relevantly good except for
his prostate.He consults with his doctor and also consume
traditional herbfor medicine.
He keep his shape and health with walking along the beach.

Believing The Karma

Mas Jumhari, 69 lives in Denpasar as businessman.Has 5 married children with 5 grandchildren. Currently he often had mild health complaints. The latest complaint he had was last year, for prostate.He could not urinate and had to implant catheter for 14 days and his doctor suggested surgery but he did not to take the surgery.

While the catheter implanted he obediently took medication from Tianshi medicine. After 14 days the catheter could be taken off and he was able to urinate normally.

In his daily life he tried to live honesty and straight, because he believe and had experience that doing bad things and dishonest always get the return much. To keep his health shapely he walks and breathing exercises.

Life Is Beautiful When It Has Challenge.

Paksana Ginting (66), lived in Medan. Have six married children of 5 sons and 1 daughter and they gave him 13 grandchildren. He has photography business and have 4 branches of his photography shops. All his sons working for the family business except for his daughter who lived in Bogor, West Java. They are just like other employees, taking salary, entitled to the company housing and transport, medical facility for all family and also education for their children.

Each year he taking holiday with children without daughter in-law. Recently he was holidaying to Bali accompanied by his two sons and this was his 8 times he visited Bali. He likes visiting Bali because its beautiful nature, cordial people and impressive culture.

For his health, he had have high cholesterol and he on medication to control his cholesterol until back to normal for one year. He also had by-pass surgery for his heart in 2000 in Penang, Malaysia. Now he has not curtailed food, only in limited amount. His daily exercises are walking and tennis.

His company is well-run and he tries to live sedately. And he feels his live become boring after there's no challenges to tackle. All his debt are paid and his company run by his children. And he has a conclusion that in life a man needs a challenge to survive. Then he started to take a loan in small amount to keep going.
