I Wayan Sudat, (71) lives in Guwang, Sukawati, Gianyar Regency has 6 children and 12 grandchildren. All live in Guwang and have good living and good job and make the parents happy and well-pleased.
Sudat started his small business of painting seller since 2000 in Guwang Art Market, Sukawati. Prior the paintings trade he was worked as a public transport driver. He is very healthy and has only small cold and cough as his health problem. Except in 1983 he was operated for his hernia.
He is very happy in his old days, because he was very healthy and able to meet many people and all his grandchildren are OK.

Clever Time Management

I Wayan Asyawan (63) is a successful pharmacy distributor and apothecary businessman. In his old age, his health is prime enough. Currently he planned to establish a supermarket and fitness center. To achieve the success he does not allergic to work hard and good in time management and clever to build good relationships. He lives in Denpasar with 4 children and all his children are married and have their own business. One of his children help him to manage the supermarket and the fitness center

Alternative Tgerapy

Samudera Kencana 68, and his wife Yuniwati 63, live in Tabanan, Bali. They have 2 married children and 2 grandchildren.

After he had his renal calculus operated 3 years ago, his wife and his children have managed and taking care of his furniture company.

His daily activity is opened a consulate company for the alternative medicine at home and twice a week at Penarungan Village. He did the complementary / alternative therapy that it helps to rebalance their energy, relax them and even heal on an emotional and spiritual level .

Rick and his wife Lita

Rick John (60) was born in UK, migrated to Australia , Perth West Australia and has lived in Batam Sumatera for the past some years.He has worked in a Gas Company's Consultation in Batam, Sumatera. There he met Lita (30) come from Karo Regency, North Sumatera,who was worked for Novotel Hotel in Batam, and later she became his wife.

After his contract with the Gas Company finished, they moved to Texas, USA. A couple year later they obtained another project in Ghana, Africa and they moved to Ghana. One year prior his retirement, they were built a villa in Ubud is the island's cultural capital of Bali.

In December 2006, after Rick retired they decided to move to Ubud to manage their villa themselves.

Life After Retirement

Wayan Mas Sudana (73) and his wife (68) have 5 children and the two of them has not married yet and have 8 grandchildren from their 3 married children. Sudana was came from Gianyar regency but elected to live in Denpasar. He has had diabetes since 1981. He had his prostate operated.

He has a lot of book in his collection but has not initiated to convert them as a personal library because the books are scattered in many places. His hobby is clipping especially clippings about his previous activity prior his retirement, about cultural arts and barong.

To keep his body fit, he is very discipline to follow his doctor's orders. He likes to play court tennis once or twice a week. His daily activities are gardening his own garden, taking care his grandchildren and attending religious worships ceremony.

Neighbour Of My Daughter

Hewrawati ( 73 years old),with her family lived in Jakarta. She is a grandmother of 17 grandchildren from her 5 children. Nine of 17 grandchildren have completed their education in University and there are scholar already.

She has lived to accompany her younger daughter who has worked for five years in Denpasar, Bali.

However she had a diabetes melitus as long as 20 years and her sense of hearing is not good enough, however until now she is still safe and sound.To protect her health is just doing regular exercise,arrange her food and drug is according to the dokter.
